Pars Arts is an independent, English-language site highlighting Iranian life and culture abroad. It was founded in December 2006 and is updated several times a week.

Pars Arts runs on WordPress. The template was designed by Javod Khalaj and includes rotating photos on the homepage which were taken by Lizzie Leitzell at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
