Pars Arts is an independent, English-language site for and about young Iranians everywhere. It was founded in December 2006 and is updated several times a week.
We are a group of young Iranians who strive to create smart, useful, and relevant content about the Iranian diaspora or “Iranian hyphenates.”
Pars Arts is geared toward young Iranians who make their homes outside of Iran. The site has no affiliation with any religious or political groups, nor does it receive funding from any organizations or individuals.
Pars Arts runs on Wordpress. Our custom template was designed by Javod Khalaj. The rotating photos on the homepage were taken by Lizzie Leitzell, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Pars Arts’ founding editor is Sepideh Saremi.
